New phase release slated at Stone Creek



Pardee Homes of Nevada plans to release a new phase next weekend at the Stone Creek neighborhood in the Rancho Las Palmas community, according to company executive Ray Landry.

"Stone Creek represents a new level of sophistication in this area due to dramatic designs and a bold exterior color palette," Landry said.

One- and two-story homes range from 2,027 to 3,844 square feet and include as many as seven bedrooms.

The single-story Plan One includes two bedrooms, a great room, den, studio, two baths, a two- or three-bay garage, and a patio. The den and studio can be converted to bedrooms, and an additional bath is optional. At 2,027 square feet, the home is priced from $228,450 and $233,450.

Plan Two, also single-story, features three bedrooms, a den or fourth bedroom, three baths, plus a two-bay garage and side-loading garage. The home can measure as large as 2,413 square feet. It is priced from $249,450.

The two-story, 2,713-square-foot Plan Three includes four bedrooms, or three bedrooms and a den, a bonus room or fifth bedroom, three baths and a three-bay garage. The master suite includes dual walk-in closets and a balcony option. The home starts from $257,450.

With as many as seven bedrooms, the two-story Plan Four comes in several configurations.

Plan Four A includes four to six bedrooms, three or four baths, a bonus room and three-bay garage. It measures as large as 3,085 square feet and is priced from $257,450.

Plan Four B comes with four to six bedrooms, three or four baths, a bonus room, two-bay and side-loading garages, plus a workshop or den in 3,216 square feet. A den option is available. The home is priced from $280,450.

Plan Four C and D can be built as large as 3,844 square feet with four to seven bedrooms, three or four baths, an expanded bonus room, two-bay and side-loading garages, plus a workshop or den. The home is priced from $286,450.

The homes include Energy Star-certified construction.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Windmill Lane and go west to Bermuda Road, then go south, past Pebble Road, and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
