Pulte plays pivotal role in strong performance of Aliante

Builder offers range of products in North Las Vegas master plan

Home Builders Research of Las Vegas ranked Aliante the top-sellling master-planned community in Southern Nevada in 2005. The ranking is based on the total number of closed sales.

"With Pulte Homes' three communities and Del Webb's Sun City Aliante and The Club at Aliante, our master plan has seen tremendous growth," said Kimiko Peterson, community marketing manager for Aliante. "With our expanded retail base and plans for future entertainment venues, we anticipate another record year in new-home sales."

Pulte's Terrasini, Pavona and Treviso neighborhoods are located within the North Las Vegas master plan, featuring 11 floor plans for condominiums, two-story home neighborhoods, as well as single-story subdivisions. The homes are located off the Las Vegas Beltway and Decatur Boulevard.

Condominiums in the gated Terrasini development range from 856 to 1,525 square feet. Four floor plans are offered, and priced from the $180,000s.

Pavona offers two-story homes from 1,629 to 1,923 square feet, and priced from the $310,000s. Each floor plan features three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. Select plans offer an upstairs computer alcove, sitting room off the master suite, or an optional loft.

Treviso, a gated neighborhood of single-story homes, provides four-bedroom designs ranging from 1,976 to 2,694 square feet. Features include 42-inch arched cabinets, granite counter tops with undermount sinks, appliances, 10-foot ceilings, and stucco covered patios. Priced from the mid-$400,000s, the enclave will comprise 164 residences at buildout.

All homes are constructed with Environments for Living technology, which provides energy-efficient features such as low-e windows and blown-in cellulose insulation. New single-family homes in 2006 will be constructed with fully insulated attics and 15-SEER HVAC units.

Aliante's amenities include the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, 24 miles trails, a public golf course, soccer fields, basketball courts, volleyball stadium, and amphiteater. In addition to 1,165 acres of residential development, about 428 acres are designated for recreational and public use, and 100 acres are allocated for commercial development. A fire station and an elementary school are open. More schools are planned, and a library will open next month.

To visit Pulte's Aliante neighborhoods, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 (Las Vegas Beltway) East exit. Make a right onto Sky Pointe Drive, a right onto Frontage Road, left onto the Beltway, and proceed east to Decatur Boulevard.

For Terrasini, go north to Apulia Drive and turn right. For Pavona or Treviso, go north to Deer Springs Way and follow the signs.

Based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., Pulte Homes operates in 54 markets and 28 states. Under its Del Webb brand, the company is the nation's largest builder of communities for people age 55 and older.
