Alexis Heights opens door to ownership

Alexis Heights, a condominium development in the southwestern valley is ideal for first-time buyers, according to marketing director Tawnya Rosenthal.

"First-time buyers don't have the equity built up in another home that they can roll over into a down payment. Condominium neighborhoods such as Alexis Heights are a great alternative for someone wanting to become a home-owner," she said.
