Turnberry Place reports 30 sales in February
Turnberry Place, a high-rise luxury development on Paradise Road, had its best sales month in February, according to sales executive John Riordan. The four-tower project, which is currently selling homes in its second and third towers, reported 30 sales last month. Riordan attributes the recent uptick in sales to tower one being complete, the improving economy and The Stirling Club opening in December. Additionally, tower two is scheduled for completion in May. "Now that tower one and The Stirling Club are open and tower two is nearing completion, there's no mystery to what the Turnberry lifestyle is all about," Riordan said. "The sales success confirms that the demand is still very strong for this kind of lifestyle in Las Vegas." The project began sales in January 1999 and broke ground in June of that year. Construction is slated to begin on tower three this June, and half of its residences are already sold. Riordan said tower two is about 85 percent sold. Most of Turnberry's buyers are coming from out of state, particularly Southern California, Riordan said. When complete, Turnberry Place will include four 40-story towers with a total of 740 residences. Its 10 floor plans range from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet. Prices start from $500,000 to more than $5.25 million. Each residence features amenities such as Italian marble spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Gaggenau appliances, and wraparound glass balconies with city views. Turnberry Place also features a private club as its centerpiece. The Stirling Club offers casual and formal dining, a lounge with a piano bar, a nightclub, billiards room, wine and cigar room, concierge service, business center and library. Its 30,000-square-foot Caudalie anti-aging Vinotherapie spa includes a virtual reality system, beauty salon, spas, saunas, steam baths, a Pilates studio, lap pool, plunge pools and a fitness center. Additionally, there is an outdoor mosaic pool with butler cabanas. Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence at the sales center that simulates the view from the 27th floor of Towers One and Two. The sales office is located at 2777 Paradise Road. It is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
