Lots released at Sun City's Tall MesaSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
One hundred of 300 home sites in the new Tall Mesa village at Del Webb's Sun City Anthem have been released, according to sales manager Mike Casey. "These home sites are going very quickly," Casey said. Home buyers can choose from 19 floor plans, ranging from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet and larger homes through the Gold Key program. Prices start from the low $140,000s to more than $500,000. Cul-de-sac lots are available. The age-qualified community, located in Henderson, is part of the 5,000-acre Anthem master plan. Its central amenity is Anthem Center, where residents can enjoy recreational, social and dining opportunities including Trumpets Restaurant, which is open to the public. The fitness center accommodates workout equipment, aerobics classes, swimming pools, basketball and tennis courts, bocce, and a walking track above the indoor pool. Residents of Sun City Anthem and Clark County are given special rates and tee times at The Revere at Anthem Golf Club. The 18-hole Lexington course was designed by PGA Tour player Billy Casper and architect Greg Nash. "This course is a combination of parallel fairways and single fairways that meander through the canyons," Nash said. "We have also designed some very dramatic elevation changes from the tees to greens, which is a pretty dynamic view when players are hitting off the green." The clubhouse offers a pro shop, banquet rooms and casual dining. A tunnel beneath Hampton Road provides access from the clubhouse to The Battlefield, a practice facility located across the street. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
