Seven Hills offers custom homes near golf course

The Seven Hills community in Henderson is offering custom-home sites in neighborhoods that align the fairways of a golf course.

The community, which is a development of Silver Canyon Partnership, offers custom lots as large as 1 acre and priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Many sites feature views of the golf course, city and surrounding mountains.

Each custom neighborhood is guard-gated, and gated home sites are also available.

More than 200 custom-home sites have been sold at the community, and nearly 120 custom homes have been built, are under construction, or in architectural review.

Amenities include guard-gated entrances; landscaped open spaces; a private view park; and a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, go south to St. Rose Parkway, travel west to Seven Hills Drive and then go south about a mile to the community's sales pavilion. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
