Goldrush under way in northwest

Buyers can choose from six single- and two-story floor plans at Goldrush, a KB Home neighborhood located in northwest Las Vegas. The homes measure from 1,251 to 2,023 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths. Several plans have lofts, and one design has a standard bonus room.

Prices start from the $140,000s.

To visit the neighborhood, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, go west to Durango Drive and turn right. Or, take Interstate 215 to Cheyenne Avenue, head east to Durango Drive and turn left. Sales office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Friday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

The KB Home Studio is located at 7440 S. Industrial Road, just south of Warm Springs Road. Next to the design center is the builder's full-service mortgage company.

Potential buyers are invited to join the company's Homebuyers Club, which provides free credit reports, a review of the buyer's financial situation and credit counseling.
