Stallion Mountain golf course neighborhoods open for presales

     Pulte Homes, builder of Stallion Mountain Country Club, is developing three neighborhoods -- The Links, The Fairways and The Greens -- within the community.
      All are open for presales.
      "Stallion Mountain is not only premier golf course living, but it also provides an exceptional level of play for the avid golfer. It's a one-of-a-kind golf experience," said Tom Callahan, vice president of sales and marketing for the developer.
      The country club is a private 54-hole golf facility. A recent multimillion dollar enhancement included building a separate clubhouse for corporate guests and remodeling the member clubhouse. Trees, water features and white sand bunkers accent three championship courses, which have hosted the Frank Sinatra Celebrity Classic and Las Vegas Invitational.
      Each development features a guard-gated entrance and home sites along the golf course.
      "One of the best things about buying at Stallion Mountain is that residents won't have to wait for the community amenities to be built. Everything you want in a golf course community exists here and buyers can take advantage of it immediately," Callahan said.
      Priced in the $120,000s, The Links homes range from 1,193 to 1,619 square feet.
      The Fairways, priced from the low $150,000s, offers four floor plans that range from 1,540 to 2,260 square feet.
      The Greens series starts in the low $200,000s and features four floor plans, ranging from 2,413 to 2,881 square feet.
      To visit, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east, past Boulder Highway, and turn left into the community entrance. The sales office is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and noon to 5 p.m. on Monday.
