Esprit's designs extolled

With three floor plans, Esprit at Stonegate condominiums have proved popular with buyers, sales agent Nick Trost said.

The Spirit plan has appealed to buyers seeking a two-bedroom, two-bath design.

"The Spirit offers that second bedroom that makes a perfect den, TV room or office," Trost said.

Also available are the two-bedroom, two-bath Aurora, and three-bedroom, two-bath Eclipse.

Floor plans range from 960 to 1,200 square feet.

Units offer covered parking; round windows; arched, divided-light windows; and dining rooms with lighted fans.

Second-story units have a fireplace in the great room and a skylight in the master bedroom. Select designs have kitchen greenhouse windows.

For a limited time, a washer, dryer, refrigerator and miniblinds are included with each purchase.

The condos are priced from just under $100,000. Several financing packages are available, including zero-down and Veterans Affairs $1 down.

Resident amenities at the gated complex include two clubhouses, each with a fitness room; two swimming pools and spas; two playgrounds; and mature landscaping.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive then head east, past Nellis Boulevard to Juniper Hills Boulevard and turn north.

The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
