Lots for custom homes available in Seven Hills

People interested in building a custom home can choose from a variety of sites during the grand finale phase at Seven Hills in Henderson.

According to representatives of developer Silver Canyon Partnership, construction was recently completed on the final 20 home sites in the 1,310-acre community.

"This is the last opportunity buyers will have to purchase an estate-home site and build their custom dream homes," Beth Naef, executive sales manager, said. "Our most recently completed home sites are among most dramatic in the entire Seven Hills community. They are located in the private, guard-gated Terracina neighborhood and many of them offer panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline, scenic mountain ranges or the fairways of ... a golf course."

Naef said the sites are priced from the low $200,000s to $1 million.

Amenities include landscaped open areas, a private view park, and a private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

The community features neighborhood parks and four city parks, each designed to complement the natural terrain. They feature basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

To visit the sales center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south.

It is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
