Canyon Willow agent touts value of condos

     The Canyon Willow Tropicana condominium development offers qualified buyers a total move-in cost of $854 and monthly payments of $789 for a two-bedroom, two-bath home, according to sales agent Ron Filipovic.
      Filipovic said the $854 move-in cost includes principal, interest, taxes, insurance and the homeowners association fee.
      Developed by Canyon Willow Builders Trop, the gated complex offers floor plans ranging from a one-bedroom, one-bath plan to a home with as many as three bedrooms and two baths in 695 to 1,228 square feet. Thirty-day move-ins are available.
      Prices range from the high $60,000s to high $90,000s.

      Each home includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, gas range, washer, dryer, window coverings, and a patio or balcony.

      To visit, take Tropicana Avenue east past Boulder Highway, then follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
