Terraces on the Green condos enter final phase of development

     Christopher Homes' Terraces on the Green condominium development has entered its close-out phase in Summerlin, according to sales agent Janice Lichbar.
      The gated development, located along the TPC at Summerlin golf course, offers five one- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,419 to 2,196 square feet.
      During the final phase, 30-day occupancy is available and reduced prices are being offered on the last 10 homes. Prices start from $143,900.
      "Terraces on the Green is designed for buyers who want the luxury of a spacious home, but would rather not have the responsibility of yard and pool maintenance," Lichbar said. "Our homeowners have exclusive access to our community swimming pool and spa, and all landscaping and maintenance of the open space areas is handled through the homeowners association. This gives residents more time to enjoy leisure activities within their own neighborhood, as well as all of the wonderful recreational opportunities throughout the Summerlin master plan."
      Interiors feature high ceilings, ceramic-tile flooring in the entries and kitchens, gas fireplaces, security systems, rounded corners, arches, raised-panel doors, columns and skylights in some plans and media niches.
      Homes offer 8-foot entry doors; concrete-tile roofs; attached, finished garages with door openers; and a terrace or balcony.
      Upgrades include (per plan) two-tone interior paint, maple cabinetry, granite kitchen counter tops and prewiring packages. Some homes come with landscaped back yards.
      To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and turn right. Proceed to Hillwood Drive, turn right and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
