Greystone reports strong sales

The recent grand opening of Greystone Homes at Spring Mountain Ranch resulted in many sales, according to Kathy Hoskins, vice president of sales and marketing.
Buyers can choose from one- and two-story homes priced from the mid-$160,000s. Floor plans range from 2,102 to 3,240 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and a three-car garage. Three exterior designs are available. Home sites range from 6,000 to 13,000 square feet.
Hoskins said buyers are responding to the builder's "Dare to Compare" program.
"During the design phase, Greystone Homes created a list of outstanding features that would set these homes apart from others in the same price range, and we can provide buyers with a list of more than 40 items that are all included in the base price of the home," she said.
Exterior features include sod or desert front-yard landscaping with irrigation, enclosed rear yards and front porches.
Interiors have ceramic-tile entries, volume ceilings (per plan), gas fireplaces, and raised-panel doors.
Owner suites have walk-in closets, cultured-marble vanity tops with dual sinks, oak cabinets, garden tubs, separate showers, and acrylic block window treatments.
Kitchens offer pantries, oak cabinets with concealed hinges, white-on-white appliances and microwave ovens.
The neighborhood is in the northwestern valley. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, travel east to El Capitan Way, turn left and follow the signs. Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
