Turnberry Place designed for urban lifestyle
Residents of Turnberry Place, a luxury high-rise, can enjoy all the benefits of the city. The $650 million, four-tower condominium project is located on Paradise Road, one block east of the Strip. "Las Vegas is home to world-class chefs and A-list entertainment, and Turnberry Place is minutes from a variety of options ...," sales executive John Riordan said. In addition, residents have on-site, world-class spa facilities, dining and entertainment at The Stirling Club. "Turnberry Place is about a lifestyle of maintenance-free living and resort-style amenities," Riordan said. "This community caters to those looking for luxury living without the upkeep of owning a single-family residence." The 40-story towers are in various stages of development. Tower One is complete and sold out. Tower Two is 90 percent sold and will be complete in May, and Tower Three is more than 50 percent sold and will break ground in June. "Tower Three has residences available that will have spectacular views of the Strip and surrounding mountains by day and by night," Riordan said. Each residence features Italian marble spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Gagganau appliances and private glass balconies. Ten floor plans are available, ranging from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet. Residences are priced from $500,000 to more than $5.25 million. Each resident is a member of the Stirling Club. The 80,000-square-foot facility features casual and formal dining, a lounge with a piano bar, nightclub, billiard room, wine and cigar room, concierge service, a business center and library. It also houses a 30,000-square-foot Caudalie anti-aging Vinotherapie spa, the first of its kind in the United States. It includes a virtual reality system, beauty salon, spas, saunas, steam baths, a Pilates studio, lap pool, plunge pools and a fitness center. There is an outdoor mosaic pool with butler cabanas and a pool bar. Personal attention is the standard. "Each member is known by name, along with their dining preferences and preferred spa treatments," Riordan said. Turnberry Place also provides valet parking, 24-hour security, concierge service, limousine service and room service. It is a development of Florida-based Turnberry Associates. Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model that simulates the view from the 27th floor of towers One and Two. The sales office is located at 2777 Paradise Road. It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
