-- SR Construction broke ground on the Sanctuary for Faith Community Lutheran Church at 2700 S. Town Center Drive in Summerlin. The 10,724-square-foot project is scheduled for completion by September, and costs are estimated at $3.6 million. -- Brian Anderson and Carl Sims of Hendricks and Partners represented both parties in Royal Pleasant Hill's sale of Pleasant Hill Villas, a 172-unit apartment complex at 5550 Pleasant Hill Ave., to Pleasant Hill Villas of Los Angeles for $8.7 million. -- GVA Industrial Property Group's Art Farmanali represented Desert West Credit Union in its five-year lease of 2,500 square feet at 4810 W. Desert Inn Road, Suite 1, from Syufy Enterprises for $342,300. In another transaction, Al Kingham and Dean Willmore represented Bascal Properties-1 in its two-year lease of 6,041 square feet at 7530 S. Industrial Road to the Clark County School District for $97,152. Bill Walsh represented Silver State Fireplaces in its three-year lease of 2,600 square feet at 4320 W.
