Christopher Homes' Bellacere down to 18 home sites

Christopher Homes' Bellacere, a guard-gated, custom-home neighborhood in Summerlin, has only 18 home sites remaining, according to sales agents.

The neighborhood is located along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course, and offers home sites that range from about one-third acre to one-half acre. Highlights include entry monuments, a guard house, a neighborhood park, tennis court, play area and landscaped open space areas.

Home sites with views of the fairways, city and mountains are available.

"We now have nine custom-home sites aligning the golf course and nine located along Bellacere's private linear park," Patty Jones, sales agent, said. "All of these home sites offer a view of some kind ... and we also offer the luxury of being able to purchase two adjoining lots to create a fabulous golf course estate up to an acre in size."

The neighborhood has more than 30 homes that are completed, under construction or in architectural review. At buildout, it will feature 60 homes valued from about $650,000 to more than $4 million.

Jones also noted the 10,000-square-foot, furnished and decorated showcase home the company created for its custom-home division is available for viewing.

Each buyer consults with their sales specialist, who remains involved through each phase of the home's design and construction. The company's in-house architect prepares a set of plans that outline the design and its positioning on the home site. The client also receives professional interior design consultation.
