Redecorated models debut at Vistana

Newly redecorated models have been unveiled at Vistana, a condominium development within the Rhodes Ranch community in the southwestern valley.

"Now that we are entering the final phase of construction at Vistana, we wanted to change the décor in the models to give prospective homeowners new ideas on how they can stylishly decorate their new homes. We went from a number of earthtone looking homes, to ones with lively colors such as green and blue. It really provides new homeowners with creative decorating ideas for their own Vistana home," sales agent Rebecca Matsis said.

"New home buyers have been very receptive to the new color schemes in the models. If you were here a few months ago to check out the models and weren't excited by the colors, you have to come out again and check out the new look. I think it offers a new perspective on what your home at Vistana could look like."

Nine floor plans are available, priced from the mid-$70,000s to the mid-$130,000s. Three plans feature one bedroom and one bath and range from 670 to 796 square feet. Five two-bedroom, two-bath designs range from 847 to more than 1,200 square feet, and the three-bedroom, two-bath Venice home measures 1,413 square feet.

Each condo includes an appliance package and window coverings.

Shared amenities include a swimming pool, two-story fitness center and spa. A second pool is nearly completed and a third water amenity is planned.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, then go south to Warm Springs Road. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
