Turnberry's views lauded

Views from Turnberry Place, a $650 million high-rise condo community on Paradise Road, are being touted by its developer, Florida-based Turnberry Associates.

Residences feature Italian marble spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Gagganeu appliances, and wraparound glass balconies.

Additional amenities at the gated development include valet parking, 24-hour security, concierge service, limousine service and room service.

Two of the four planned 40-story towers are complete. Construction on the third tower has surpassed the 29th floor.

Ten floor plans, priced from $550,000 to more than $5 million, are available.

Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model that simulates the view from two towers at the sales pavilion located at 2777 Paradise Road. It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
