Seven Hills' custom sites touted

Silver Canyon Partnership, developer of Seven Hills in Henderson, is touting the prices and selection of custom-home sites available during the community's grand finale phase.

Beth Naef, sales executive, said the last 20 sites are available for sale.

Sites are priced from the low $200,000s to $1 million. They are located in the guard-gated Terracina neighborhood and offer views of the city, mountains and a golf course.

More than 200 home sites have been sold and are in various stages of completion.

Amenities include landscaped open areas, a private view park, and private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and playground.

There are several neighborhood and four city parks offering basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads, and playgrounds.

To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
