Red Rock Country Club nears closeout
Red Rock Country Club is rapidly approaching closeout, according to Kevin Stall, vice president of sales for the community in Summerlin. "Red Rock Country Club has been enjoying a brisk sales pace and, with less than 30 home sites remaining in the entire community, we predict the community will reach closeout early this summer, which is many months ahead of schedule," Stall said. Fourteen of the remaining home sites are adjacent to the model-home village and clubhouse, and five can accommodate the Ocotillo 3103 and 3104 single-story floor plans. Plan 3103 measures 3,802 square feet and is priced from $564,900. "The major appeal of the Ocotillo 3103 Plan, which is popular with retirees and buyers who are in need of a home office, is the openness of the floor plan," Stall said. "The fourth bedroom and the optional super den are also strong selling points." The four-bedroom, 4 1/2-bath design also features a great room with a sit-down wet bar and fireplace, a dining room with niche, family room with media niche, island kitchen with dining bar, and a laundry room. The master bedroom features a fireplace, media niches and a linen closet. Exterior highlights include a courtyard entry with a fireplace and media niches, two trellis-covered patios, and a three-car garage. Plan 3104 is a 4,175-square-foot design priced from $591,000. A second floor is optional in this home, which offers three to six bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The living room can be built with a niche and an optional fireplace, while the dining room offers a butler's pantry, sit-down wet bar and optional wine storage. A laundry room is included. The family room contains a fireplace and media niche, and the kitchen showcases a dining island and nook. The master suite offers a skylight, an optional fireplace and an optional sauna. Outside is a courtyard entry, a covered patio, and a three-car or optional four-car garage. "The five remaining home sites that are available for either of these two plans are prime golf course locations and offer tremendous fairway views," Stall said. Sunrise Colony Co. is developing the guard-gated community in the foothills of the Spring Mountains. When complete, it will comprise 1,116 homes, many adjacent to the community's two Arnold Palmer-designed golf courses. Homes measure from 2,100 to 5,300 square feet, and are priced from the $300,000s to more than $2 million. Numerous customizing options are available, allowing for structural changes, additions, custom swimming pools, as well as upgraded landscaping, patio and lighting designs. Resident and member amenities include a clubhouse with a view of the Las Vegas Valley, a sports club, an aquatic center and a tennis facility. The golf courses are complemented by a practice facility with a double-ended driving range, putting green and chipping areas. To visit, take Sahara Avenue west past Town Center Drive and follow the signs. Or, take Interstate 215 to Sahara and head west. The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
