Lot buyers at Ridges net Bear's Best pass

The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of The Ridges, a golf-course community in Summerlin, is offering a complimentary annual pass to Bear's Best Las Vegas with the purchase of any of the four remaining lots at Promontory.

"Whether you're playing a full round or catching a few holes before or after work, the annual pass makes playing golf in your back yard even more convenient," said Larry Brocato, executive vice president of Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin.

The pass, which allows unlimited play for an entire year, covers greens fees. It will be offered through July 1.

The remaining home sites range from one-half acre to three-quarters of an acre and are priced from $559,000 to $679,000.

The Ridges is located at the west end of Desert Inn Road, adjacent to the Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon. The Ridges is guard-gated; Promontory also has a gate and a private park.

Residents have access to Summerlin's varied amenities.

To visit the custom-lot sales center, travel west on Desert Inn Road until it ends in The Ridges and turn left. The building is on the right. The center is open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
