Lennar sales managers Michele Loker and Tom Bruttomesso have planned and scheduled move-in celebrations for new homeowners at Lennar communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley this month.
The builder is offering a series of incentives on completed homes available for move-in prior to Nov. 31.

"We have so many homes closing in November that we have a really busy schedule," Loker said. "It's exciting to know that we are helping to make dreams come true and our incentive programs are making that happen faster than many of the families would have imagined."
"The response has been outstanding," Bruttomesso said. "The sales success of our immediate move-in homes are proof the demand for new homes is still very strong. The pool of home buyers did not go away. It's more like the market took a deep breath and is now moving forward again. At the current pace of sales, our available homes should be at or near normal levels projected by the end of the year, which is good for us and good for the marketplace."
"Esplanade, for example, had seven sales last week," Loker said, "and now has just four homes remaining for November closing."
Located south of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, at Losee Road, Lennar's Esplanade neighborhood features one single-story floor plan, the Dakota, measuring 1,664 square feet, and three two-story designs -- the Big Sky, Nevada and Colorado -- measuring 2,333 to 2,709 square feet.
Priced from the $300,000s, Esplanade is an Everything's Included community with home prices including all appliances such as refrigerator with ice maker, washer and dryer, window coverings, and for a limited time, backyard landscaping.
Lennar's Marble Canyon neighborhood within the southwest master-planned community, Mountain's Edge, is offering a few select homes for November move-in, according to Bruttomesso. The gated neighborhood features luxury homes from 2,474 to 4,017 square feet, accented by paver stone driveways and walkways.
Priced from the $500,000s, the neighborhood is located at Richmar Avenue and Buffalo Drive.
Lamplight Glen at Torrey Pines is a gated neighborhood offering home sites of one-third acre and larger, according to Loker. The Lennar-built neighborhood features a resident's park with walkways, benches and a gazebo.
Exteriors are based on the designs of Key West and the Midwest. Residences at Lamplight Glen at Torrey Pines -- and its sister community Lamplight Glen at Washburn and Buffalo -- range from 3,412 to 4,763 square feet. Pricing before incentives starts from the $600,000s, according to Loker.
Sales are also brisk at Lamplight Cottages, according to Bruttomesso, with three homes remaining for November move-ins, and one home offered for December.
Available homes include the 1,282-square-foot Nantucket and the 1,660-square-foot Windham in this gated neighborhood of two-story home designs ranging from 1,282 to 1,660 square feet with three bedrooms, two or 21/2 baths and a two-car garage.
Located at Buffalo Drive and Windmill Lane, the neighborhood is an Everything's Included community with four floor plans priced from the $300,000s. A community park, clubhouse, swimming pool and spa, and children's activity center are featured.
Glengarry offers five floor plans, including a 1,270-square-foot single-story floor plan and four two-story plans ranging from 1,615 to 2,458 square feet.
The neighborhood is located at Democracy Way and Anthem Highlands Parkway.
