William Lyon offers incentives for Summerlin townhomes
William Lyon Homes is offering incentives for immediate move-ins with up to $20,000 at West Park Courtyards and to $30,000 at West Park Villas.
Both townhome projects are located in Summerlin Centre, the pedestrian-oriented Summerlin village currently under development.

Qualified buyers receive the incentive when they purchase townhomes available for move-ins before the holidays and use the builder's preferred lender. The incentive can be used as a price credit, to cover closing costs or toward upgrades, according to the builder.
"To people who are currently renting, now is your opportunity to own," said sales agent Maurine Farris. "We don't want anything to keep people from becoming homeowners. Some buyers need help with a lease buyout. Others could use assistance with moving expenses or new furnishings."
West Park Courtyards offer four two-story floor plans with a variety of private courtyard configurations and upgraded landscaping packages. Floor plans range from 1,706 to 2,452 square feet and offer up to three bedrooms and three baths. Homes have attached two-car garages.
The development's standard interior amenities include granite kitchen countertops, raised-panel interior doors, fireplaces in family and living rooms, security alarm pre-wiring and Cat 5 wiring in selected areas for high speed data access.
Prices at West Park Courtyards start in the mid-$300,000s.
Upon completion, the neighborhood will include a centrally located park with a tot lot and swimming pool.

Townhomes have covered entries, 21/2 baths, two-car attached garages and open kitchens. Interiors amenities include stainless steel appliances and upgraded cabinetry and countertops. Security alarm pre-wiring, Cat 5 wiring in selected areas, designer plant shelves, custom recessed lighting and raised-panel interior doors are among the included features.
Prices start in the low $300,000s.
Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except on Monday when they open at noon.
To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway to Charleston Boulevard. Exit west and turn left on Plaza Center Drive to the models.
