The semi-custom homes of Tuscan Cliffs within the golf course community of Southern Highlands are designed for even the largest social gatherings, according to sales agent Mike Goeth. From wine cellars to wet bars, to common spaces built around decorative features and food preparation areas, the homes within the guard-gated neighborhood are built for luxury-inspired hospitality.
"The overall theme of these homes is entertaining and each model plays on this theme differently," Goeth said. "In our first model, for instance, we have a huge upstairs bonus room built around a wet bar with a theater, putting green and lounge, all in one space."

The neighborhood's Plan Three features a wet bar decorated in stone similar to the home's exterior, with options that include sinks, refrigerators, microwaves, special dishwashers for crystal glassware, and a choice of countertop colors and materials.
For larger gatherings, Goeth favors the wine cellars, with the Plan Two model offering this feature built out of the home's casita space. The cellar opens to the central courtyard, while the courtyard itself offers a fireplace and water feature.
The wine cellar is further highlighted by a European-style mural adoring the rear wall facing the courtyard.
"With wine cellars, it isn't just about the wine, it's about socializing and entertaining, and for a wine-tasting event, you couldn't ask for better," Goeth said. "You could serve 50 people in the courtyard and they'd all be comfortable and they'd all be together. If you opened up the pocket doors leading into the living room, you could make it even bigger."
A total of four floor plans are available at the 155-home neighborhood, ranging from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet. Various design options, such as casitas, can increase the size of the homes to 6,000 square feet.
The homes meet Energy Star standards. Base prices range from $1 million to $1.25 million.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at 1 p.m.
