San Michelle provides incentives

Christopher Homes is offering incentives on two homes with 45-day occupancy at its San Michelle neighborhood in the guard-gated, European-style Queensridge community.
The builder is also offering a matching allowance worth thousands of dollars that can be used at the design center for customizing options on other homes in the neighborhood.
Priced from $401,900, San Michelle offers one- and two-story floor plans with 3,467 to 5,200 square feet on one-quarter acre to one-half acre home sites. Hundreds of floor plan and architectural variations are available, including casitas, four-car garages, secondary owner suites, extra baths, bonus rooms, libraries, wet bars and courtyard fireplaces.
According to sales agent Susan Berger, the two homes that can be ready within 45 days are a Residence Three and Residence Four plan, both located along the Badlands Golf Club.
The 4,408-square-foot Residence Three features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a library, courtyard with fireplace and three-car garage. Residence Four features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a library and three-car garage and measures 4,689 square feet.
Each includes French doors leading to back yards with covered patios, and upgraded flooring, counter tops and cabinetry.
"These large and elegant, two-story homes present a spectacular opportunity for buyers to take advantage of a tremendous value, along with a timely move-in date," Berger said. "You simply have to see these homes to truly appreciate the degree of quality and luxury they offer. From their magnificent locations along the golf course to their outstanding architectural accents and interior appointments, these homes will surely meet the expectations of the most discerning home buyers."
Homes feature concrete-tile roofs, wrought-iron accents, brick and stone treatments, 8-foot double-entry doors, and courtyards in select plans. Other features include interior columns, volume ceilings, staircases, security alarm systems, pre-wiring for home theater systems in family rooms, and mirrored closet doors.
Buyers can consult an on-site architectural designer to customize floor plans and the company's in-house design center for options, upgrades and accessories.
To visit, take Charleston Boulevard west past Rampart Boulevard to the entrance of Queens- ridge and follow the signs. Model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The builder recently opened its guard-gated San Michelle North neighborhood in Queensridge North, adjacent to the fairways of the Badlands Golf Club.
