With the recent addition of courtyard furnishings and outdoor kitchens, the model homes at Tuscan Cliffs showcase the indoor/outdoor design of Pacific Southwest Development's latest floor plans, according to Vice President Kristi Kramer.
The guard-gated neighborhood, located within Southern Highlands in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, features the builder's New Millennium Custom Homes, a series of Tuscan-inspired residences.

"The decorative items we've added recently, such as furniture around the courtyard fireplaces and kitchen appliances under the covered patios, tell the rest of the story of what our New Millennium Custom Homes are about," Kramer said.
With lots of up to more than a quarter-acre, these custom homes offer a rear patio, enclosed courtyard, wet bar and expansive common areas featuring disappearing glass doors.
Floor plans range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet in their base configurations and can be expanded to as much as 6,000 square feet with options. More than 50 floor plan configurations are possible, as well as a choice of elevations.
Standard amenities include paver stone driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless steel appliances, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows, Kohler plumbing fixtures and structured wiring systems. Options include a variety of kitchen appliances, cabinets and countertop choices, as well as specialty features such as interior elevators.
The homes feature courtyards and covered patios, while exterior options include an assortment of water and fire features.
Each residence meets Energy Star standards.
Premium lots within the 155-home neighborhood include mountainside home sites, available in future phase releases.
Base prices range from $1,044,990 to $1.25 million.
For a limited time, the builder will pay one year of dues for a social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club with each purchase of a new home in the neighborhood, subject to application approval.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at 1 p.m.
