Pulte Homes resurrects year-end sales program
SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE In the spirit of the holiday season, Pulte Homes is offering year-end closing incentives to buyers through its annual "Home for the Holidays" program. To reach as many buyers as possible, the builder has increased inventory at each of its 12 neighborhoods valleywide to ensure 2000 delivery dates. Each neighborhood's incentives are based upon the features and upgrades included in the available homes. "(This) program was extremely successful last year," Joe Whatley, sales and marketing executive, said. "Because of our diverse floor plans and popular locations throughout the valley, we were able to assist many buyers looking for their millennium dream home." Pulte Homes offers 48 floor plans, ranging from 1,120 to 3,910. Locally, homes are priced from $120,990 to more than $400,000. "As the nation's largest home builder, we are able to deliver a variety of home choices including townhomes, single-family homes and ... golf course living at a tremendous value," Whatley said. Recently, the builder opened the Siena Vista and Cortona Hills neighborhoods in the Southern Highlands master plan in the southwestern valley. The neighborhoods are adjacent to private parks, trails, future school sites and tree-lined streets. Siena Vista offers six single- and two-story floor plans priced from $148,990.
