Pacific Southwest's Tuscan Cliffs accents with stone
Integrated living interiors, exteriors highlighted by rock-solid style
Slender cuts of stone are used to accent models at Tuscan Cliffs, a guard-gated neighborhood by Pacific Southwest Development within the Southern Highlands master-planned community.
"Our buyers really appreciate the look of natural stone, which creates a unique neighborhood, and it's one of the touches we think will make this a beautiful place to reside," said Joe Kramer, vice president for the developer.

The builder offers buyers options for products from a company specializing in imported natural stone for use in residences, as well as a selection of manufactured stones.
Models are open at the neighborhood, which offers four two-story floor plans from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet.
Options, such as game rooms and one- and two-story casitas, can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet.
All of the homes are built on lots measuring at least one-quarter acre.
Premium lots are also available.
Each floor plan can accommodate courtyards and covered patios.
Through the builder's integrated living concept, along with glass pocket doors, outdoor fireplaces and water features, balconies and decks, and outdoor kitchens into their homes.
"We can add stone veneer accents highlighting most of the architectural details. Our buyers are taking advantage of our integrated living concept of combining interior and exterior spaces with stone accents to create a high-end look," Kramer said.
Most designs feature 22-foot-high foyers, sand-finished stucco exteriors with stone veneer, 10- to 22-foot ceilings, Andersen windows with wood-clad details, Kohler plumbing fixtures, 6-foot garden tubs, and structured wiring systems.
Kitchens provide stainless steel appliances, 42-inch maple cabinetry, granite countertops, decorative driveway pavers, fully insulated carriage style garage doors, and fully finished front courtyards.
The homes are designed to meet Energy Star standards, saving homeowners on their heating and cooling expenses while providing a quieter, more environmentally friendly home, according to the builder.
Design options allow for side-loading garages, media rooms, exercise rooms, wine cellars, bonus rooms, balconies, decks, and additional bedrooms and baths.
Base prices range from $1 million to $1.2 million.
For a limited time, the builder will pay one year's dues for a social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club with each purchase of a new home in the neighborhood, subject to application approval.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
