Age-qualified communities for ages 55 and older include Sun City Anthem, Solera at Anthem, Sun City Aliante and Solera at Stallion Mountain.
Families are welcome at The Club by Del Webb at Aliante in North Las Vegas and at The Club by Del Webb at Madeira Canyon, located just south of Anthem in Henderson.
Homes range from 1,140 to 4,817 square feet. Prices start from the $220,000s.
Pulte Homes, based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., operates in 54 markets throughout 28 states. In 2004, the company delivered 38,612 homes across the nation.
