Vistana in final construction phase

With the holiday season approaching, Vistana at Rhodes Ranch is offering the opportunity to host celebrations in a new home.

"Whether it's Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, Christmas or Thanksgiving, imagine celebrating the holidays this year in your new home at Vistana," sales agent Maxine Astengo said. "Come see us soon and we may be able to find you a perfect Vistana home for the holidays."

The Rhodes Homes condominium complex, located in the southwest, is in its final phase. Move-ins are available within 30 to 60 days.

"Many of our popular home models are available right now ... we will give you a personal tour of the community," Astengo said.

Three floor plans feature one bedroom and one bath, and measure from 670 to 796 square feet. Five two-bedroom, two-bath plans range from 847 to more than 1,200 square feet. The largest plan offers three bedrooms and two baths in 1,413 square feet.

Prices range from the mid-$70,000s to the $130,000s.

Resort-style amenities at the development include two pools, a spa and a two-story fitness center. A third water amenity is planned.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, then go south to Warm Springs Road. Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
