Wexford extends hours on North Las Vegas neighborhoods

Wexford Homes has substantially extended business hours at the company's two neighborhoods in North Las Vegas.

The sales offices and model homes at the GlenEagles and HeatherRidge neighborhoods will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., according to Barbara Barnett, director of sales for the builder.

"Our extended hours will enable home buyers and Realtors to better plan their schedules for viewing our models and allow them to spend more quality time with our on-site sales agents," Barnett said. "For the Realtor, this will present better opportunities to become familiar with our home designs and financing options. For the prospective home buyer, it will offer an unparalleled level of convenience in both shopping for a home and considering our vast selection of floor plan variations and customizing options."

The neighborhoods feature one- and two-story homes ranging from 912 to 3,248 feet. Homes can include three-car garages, two to six bedrooms, and two to 4 1/2 baths.

Home sites measure a minimum of 6,000 square feet.

Prices start at $110,490. Financing programs offer monthly payments as low as $856 on select models.

A computer design system allows buyers to modify the basic floor plans by adding casitas, secondary suites, family rooms, lofts, dens, media centers, one or more bedrooms, formal dining rooms, bonus rooms, offices or wet bars. Rooms and garages can also be extended or combined.

"Extending our hours enables us to expand our customer focus, giving each of our buyers the ability to not only design their own home, but to do so on their own schedule," Barnett said.

Exteriors feature concrete-tile roofs, front-yard landscaping with irrigation, block walls, and various color schemes.

Interiors feature vaulted ceilings, plant shelves, rounded corners, cabinets in a choice of colors, owner suites with tubs and walk-in closets in some plans, laundry rooms, and prewiring for cable TV and telephones.

Options include Corian, granite or ceramic-tile counter tops; fireplaces in the family rooms, living rooms or owner suites; skylights; and custom paint. Upgrades are available with appliances, cabinets, electrical and plumbing fixture packages, computer wiring systems, and security systems.

Each home comes with a 10-year warranty.
