With four floor plans providing 60 distinct configurations, Tuscan Cliffs is a guard-gated neighborhood within the Southern Highlands community offering a selection of semi-custom options for buyers in an all two-story neighborhood, according to Rob Evon, a sales agent for Pacific Southwest Development.
"We can get buyers as close as possible to the custom home they've always wanted without having to deal with all of the hassles and delays associated with hiring an architect, choosing a contractor, finding a home site, getting all of the approvals and waiting for it all to come together," Evon said.

"Once buyers choose their homes' configurations, then the real fun begins. If a homeowner wants to design a sophisticated electronics system with music, video and home surveillance options, we can do a completely smart house," he said.

Among the options are alternative room configurations; exterior glass pocket doors and outdoor kitchens designed to integrate indoor and outdoor living spaces; home theater packages, swimming pools, as well as rear yard landscaping packages.
Home exteriors include paver stone driveways, sand-finished stucco and side-loading garages.
In addition, the homes offer media rooms, main- and upper-level courtyard casitas, exercise rooms, wine cellars, balconies, decks, additional bedrooms and baths and bonus rooms measuring more than 1,000 square feet.
The builder offers designer options that allow home buyers to select from a range of stylized doors, door hardware, exterior stone veneers, cabinetry finishes, lighting and paint packages.
Each residence meets Energy Star standards.
All Tuscan Cliffs home sites measure at least one-quarter acre.
Premium lots, including mountainside home sites in future phase releases, are available.
Base prices for the semi-custom homes range from $1 million to $1.2 million.
The homes range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet. Design options can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet.
For a limited time, the builder will offer a special incentive program that pays the homeowner's membership dues for the Southern Highlands Golf Club for one year. The offer is good for each purchase of a new home in the neighborhood and it is subject to application approval, according to Evon.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except on Monday, when it opens at 1 p.m.
