Tuscan Cliffs has been designed to combine indoor and outdoor living with floor plans that include options such as fireplaces and outdoor kitchens within courtyard and patio spaces. The neighborhood of two-story luxury homes, located within Southern Highlands in the southwest Las Vegas Valley, also offers residents the option of adding water features to their homes' exteriors, according to sales agent Rob Evon.
"The choices are limited only by the home buyers' imaginations," Evon said. "If they have a particular water feature in mind for their courtyard, or a particular swimming pool and waterfall design they want for the backyard, we can accommodate them. Where a swimming pool can bring people out during the hottest months, the addition of an outdoor fireplace can allow residents to sit outside well into the cooler months," he said.

Other available exterior amenities include glass pocket doors, summer kitchens with a full complement of appliances and a complete range of landscaping options, paver stone driveways and sand-finished stucco exteriors.
Standard interior amenities include stainless steel appliances, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows, Kohler plumbing fixtures and structured wiring systems. The residences meet Energy Star standards, which can save owners on their heating and cooling expenses, according to the builder.
"One of the greatest advantages is that we install any features at the time of construction," Evon said. "Not only does it allow the residents to enjoy their home fully upon move-in, but it's a major convenience in that there is no messy construction while they're living in their homes. In addition, the cost can be incorporated into the home's mortgage."
Homes at Tuscan Cliffs range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet. Design options can extend the size of a floor plan to 6,000 square feet.
Premium lots, including mountainside home sites in future phase releases, are available, with all home sites measuring at least one-quarter acre.
Base prices range from $1 million to $1.2 million.
For a limited time, Pacific Southwest Development will pay one year of dues for a social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club with each purchase of a new home in the neighborhood, subject to application approval.
