Pardee on pace for record With new-home sales exceeding projections, Pardee Homes of Nevada is on pace to set a company sales record in 2000. From January through September, sales were 13 percent ahead of the same period one year ago. "Last year, Pardee sold 675 homes by Sept. 30 in the Las Vegas Valley, and this year that number is 760," Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales, said.
