Eight model homes debut today and Sunday in Ryland Homes' new neighborhoods Auburn and Bradford at Providence in northwestern Las Vegas.
In addition to the 40 percent off mortgage payments offered by the builder in celebration of its 40th anniversary, home buyers can also select one of several limited-time incentive packages that offer valuable extras when they purchase homes on select lots during the week of the grand opening, according to company officials.

Buyers may choose between such incentives as the technology package, flooring package, upgraded master suite package and gourmet kitchen package, as well as other options.
Ryland Homes' Auburn neighborhood offers two- and three-story residences.
Its four home designs range from 2,071 to 2,970 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and three baths.
Highlighted features include third-floor vista rooms and a two-level owner's suite. Homes at Auburn are priced from the mid-$300,000s.
Ryland's Bradford neighborhood features four home designs of up to 3,099 square feet.
The one- and two-story homes feature three to four bedrooms with a fifth bedroom option and fourth bath.
The master bedroom includes a private deck and retreat. Priced from the mid-$300,000s, the home offers a courtyard exterior.
Providence master-planned community is located near the Floyd Lamb State Park.
The community features a Traditional American theme complete with old-fashioned ballparks and tree-lined promenades.
Statues of great American authors, such as Mark Twain, pay tribute to the West's influence on literature and lend the community a sense of history, company officials said.
To visit Auburn and Bradford at Providence, take the Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway and exit Hualapai Way north.
Head West on Dorrell Lane and South on Shaumber. Turn right on Barnacle Avenue, right on Ditmars Street and right on Sheepshead Bay.
