MoneyWorld to open office in Henderson

     Century 21 MoneyWorld will open its largest office in Green Valley on Jan. 1.
      The 8,500-square-foot office at the corner of Warm Springs Road and Stephanie Street, in Henderson, will house as many as 115 agents, owner Michael Donovan said.
      "The new branch will offer one-stop shopping. Clients will be able to buy or sell a house, purchase home security or select phone service from this location," Donovan said.
      The project has been planned for one year, according to Donovan, who said the firm is hiring new agents.
