Century 21 MoneyWorld's Tannie Layton poses by a home in Queensridge she recently sold for $2 million.

Builder praises agent for sale of luxury home

Custom builder Bobby Goffstein chose Century 21 MoneyWorld's Tannie Layton to sell an 8,629-square-foot estate home in Queensridge, the first custom home sold in the development. Its price was more than $2 million.
"She was terrific" said Goffstein, who worked with Layton for the first time. "She is very good with clients. It's very important to chose a real estate agent that we like and trust."
Layton represented both the buyer and seller. The buyer had been looking for a home for eight months and fell in love with the custom residence in Queensridge.
An agent representing a high-end home must be a step above the average, Goffstein said.
"I'd give her a 10. It takes a special type of person to list and sell million-dollar-plus properties," he said.
Layton, with three years of experience in real estate, specializes in high-end custom homes.
