Aspiring chef loves kitchen at Sunrise Bay

     Sunrise Bay condominiums, located at the base of Sunrise Mountain, offers buyers homes with many amenities at an affordable price, according to sales agent Joanne Ahern.
      "Our neighborhood offers the security of a gated entrance, and that's becoming a very important issue to many home buyers," Ahern said.

      Mandy Polland, an 18-year-old student, went looking for a new home for herself and her fiance and found the condominium complex was a perfect fit.
