Sun City Anthem models open
Southern Nevadans had a chance to view floor plans at Sun City Anthem for the first time last weekend.
"We had a great amount of community interest at our model grand opening yesterday," said Sean Patrick, director of community and public relations for Del Webb Corp., the developer. "It was a fun day filled with German food, dancing and fun."
Three series of floor plans are open at the age-restricted community.
"There is a variety of floor plans and styles available to call Sun City Anthem home," Patrick said. "There is easily one available to suit every lifestyle and budget."
The Estate series, which features the largest homes, offers four models. They range from the 2,411-square-foot Lexington plan to the Anthem model, which measures more than 3,000 square feet. Prices start from $236,000 to $277,700.
The Premiers series features five models. The floor plans range from the 1,675-square-foot Patriot plan to the 2,234-square-foot Arlington model. Prices start from $172,650 to $211,250.
Also available is the Classics home series, which has homes named after American patriots. The homes range from the 1,235-square-foot Washington to the 1,596-square-foot Monroe. Prices start from $137,800 to $161,500.
The development is part of Anthem, a master-planned community that opened for sales earlier this summer. Its other developments include Anthem Country Club, a guard-gated, equity-owned golf course community, and Coventry Homes at Anthem neighborhoods.
To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past Lake Mead Drive, and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
