Seven Hills keeps lot sales brisk

     Home-site sales at The Estates at Seven Hills custom-home development have kept a brisk pace, with more than 60 home sites valued at more than $15 million sold in about one year.
      Construction of homes is under way in the first two neighborhoods within the development -- Rapallo and Terracina. These include the five show homes in the Street of Dreams luxury housing event, which continues at Terracina through today.
      Each of the neighborhoods will be guard-gated and include various recreational amenities. Terracina features a 2 1/2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.
      Rapallo features home sites ranging from one-third to one-half acre.
      Terracina features home sites that average about half an acre, including several with views of the city and Rio Secco Golf Club.
      Prices start from the $190,000s to $600,000.
      The community will consist of about 250 homes in a series of gated neighborhoods. Tree-lined streets, small parks and interconnecting trails will enhance each neighborhood. Upon completion, all of the neighborhoods will be part of a sub-association that will share in common amenities.
      Buyers may choose their own general contractor, or use one of the custom-home builders from the Featured Builder Program. Each of these builders has successfully completed an application review process that required a financial reference, trade references, and questionnaires from previous customers.
      Seven Hills is a development of the Silver Canyon Partnership.
      To visit the sales office, take Lake Mead Drive to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south, following the signs.
      The pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
