Seven Hills provides choices

     The Seven Hills planned community in Henderson offers patio homes and single-family homes priced from the $120,000s and estate homes priced from the $200,000s. Many neighborhoods are gated and most border the trail system or offer city, mountain and golf course views.
      A tree-lined entrance, parks, walking trails and other amenities highlight the landscape, along with distinctive neighborhood entries. The various entries have high columns, arches and fountains that reflect the community's Italian Renaissance and Spanish eclectic theme.
      The entrance to the 1,310-acre community, a development of Silver Canyon Partnership, is south of Lake Mead Drive and west of Eastern Avenue. There are nine neighborhoods open and dozens of model homes to tour. About 250 custom-home sites in several guard-gated neighborhoods are also being developed.
      To visit the sales office, take Lake Mead Drive to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue., and then go south, following the signs. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
