     The Estates at Green Valley Ranch custom-home neighborhood offers home sites priced from the low $100,000s, and ranging from one-quarter to half an acre.
      Many homes have been completed and several more are under construction at the guard-gated, 34-acre development.
      Situated on the most elevated parcel of land in Green Valley Ranch, the neighborhood comprises 88 home sites in a setting highlighted by winding streets with sidewalks and landscaped strips between the sidewalks and curbs. The site is west of Green Valley Parkway, about one mile south of Lake Mead Drive off Wingbrook Drive.
      A paver-stone entrance features a guard house and two fountains. There is also a neighborhood park with a tennis court, half basketball court, a playground, and a picnic area.
      Homeowners can access the amenities of the master-planned community, including parks, walking and jogging trails, shaded rest areas and landscaped open space.
      To visit, take the Green Valley Parkway entrance to Green Valley Ranch, go south to Wingbrook Drive and turn right. Proceed to the neighborhood's entrance and turn right. Sales office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
