     Pardee Homes' Plan Four in the neighborhood of Summit Point in Green Valley Ranch can be built with as many as five bedrooms, four baths and a two- or three-car garage in 3,064 to 3,238 square feet, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder.
      "This floor plan is extremely flexible. Families can choose up to four bedrooms and still have enough space for a hobby room, game room, loft and computer center," Landry said. "An inward-facing two-car garage is one of the more popular design features."
      The plan offers a wide range of options including a deck from secondary bedroom three; a balcony with French doors or sliding glass door from the owner bedroom; a built-in desk in the computer center; a built-in entertainment center in the bonus room; a media center in the family room; and French doors from the nook to the back yard.
      Kitchens have ceramic-tile counter tops; natural oak or white matte cabinets with concealed hinges, adjustable shelves and finished interiors; preparation islands in Plans One, Two and Three and an island sink and dishwasher in Plan Four; a pantry; and upgraded appliances.
      With four one- and two-story models in 2,035 to 3,238 square feet, priced from $170,900 to $220,900, the neighborhood offers choices of offices, dens, studios, lofts, game rooms, and bonus rooms in specified models.
      The dream room offers hundreds of special options such as a video entry system, central vacuum, wood window apron package, home office wiring package, crown molding, three-sided fireplace in family room (Plans One and Four), pool table light fixture (Plans Three and Four), French doors, and a variety of cabinet finishes.
      Standard items are ceramic-tile or wood flooring at entry; a gas fireplace in all family rooms; walk-in closets with raised-panel doors in secondary bedrooms; and frameless medicine cabinets in all bathrooms.
      Homes have high-speed Category Five wiring and RG6 coaxial cable; thermostatically controlled heating and air-conditioning with night set-back feature; a garage door opener for double door; an exterior gas barbecue outlet; and prewiring for cable TV and telephone in all the bedrooms and kitchen.
      Owner suites have walk-in closets; raised-panel wardrobe doors; and baths with European natural oak or white matte cabinets with concealed hinges, adjustable shelves and finished interiors; an oval soaking tub with separate shower and clear glass enclosure with ceramic-tile wainscoting; dual sinks; and a compartmentalized water closet.
      To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Green Valley Parkway, turn south, then head west on Wingbrook Avenue and follow the signs to the sales office, which is open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
