Low rates boost sales at Windemere II
Interest rates, consumer confidence and attractive pricing can be credited for the brisk sales pace at Windemere Series II, according to Don G. White, president of Pageantry Communities.
"All the factors seem to be positive for home seekers right now, and Pageantry neighborhoods are consistently getting a strong share of the action," White said. "Over the past week, Pageantry logged 12 sales, one of our best weeks ever, and six of them were at Windemere."
Phase five was recently released at the neighborhood, which is in North Las Vegas. These homes are priced from $120,740 to $144,740.
There are four single-story floor plans available, ranging from 1,503 to 2,176 square feet with three or four bedrooms and two or three baths.
"(These) homes are offering greater interior roominess as a result of 10-foot-high ceilings, plus maximum utilization of floor area and design features like ... pot ledges, bullnosed radius corners, art/pottery niches, wall cutouts and doorway barrel arches," White said.
Also featured are ceramic-tile entries; vinyl flooring in kitchens, baths and laundry areas; and media niches.
Kitchens include appliances, dual sinks, water lines to refrigerators, and ceramic-tile or laminate counter tops. Cabinets feature a natural oak or whitewash finish.
Owner suites have walk-in closets, dual-sink vanities with cultured-marble tops, oval tubs and separate showers.
Select home sites measure 12,000 square feet with space for RV or boat storage. Cul-de-sac lots are also available, as are finished two- or three-car garages.
The builder includes turf or desert front-yard landscaping with irrigation, and rear- and side-yard fencing with gates.
Also in North Las Vegas is Veranda, where the builder offers three floor plans. These three- and four-bedroom homes range from 1,372 to 1,588 square feet, and are priced from $110,490.
To visit both sites, take Craig Road to Clayton Street, head north to Washburn Road and turn left. Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
