Bandera Plan Two boasts breakfast bar

     Pardee Homes' Bandera neighborhood features designs with something special, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder. Plan Two at the neighborhood in North Las Vegas offers a breakfast bar with a sink in the kitchen.
      Plan Two offers a choice of three bedrooms, dual owner suites, or two bedrooms and a den in about 1,568 to 1,718 square feet. A laundry room is included. A patio is optional.

      The neighborhood offers an active Neighborhood Watch Program, which is supported by resident volunteers.
      The community includes Lee Antonello Elementary School and the 9-acre Eldorado Park.
      Priced from $107,950 to $140,950 and with 1,233 to 2,153 square feet, the neighborhood offers four floor plan choices with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garages.
      Kitchens are complemented with ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinets with adjustable shelves and finished interiors, preparation islands in plans Three and Four, pantries and an upgraded appliance package in a choice of white or black.
      Standard features include volume ceilings, a choice of ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring and cultured-marble counter tops in the secondary baths.
      Owner suites offer walk-in closets, dual sinks, enclosed toilets, oval tubs, separate showers with clear-glass enclosures, and ceramic-tile counter tops.
      To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to Camino al Norte and head north to the entrance of Eldorado. The sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they open at 11 a.m.
      Pardee Homes has been building homes in Las Vegas since 1952. The developer has been in business for more than 75 years.
