Oak Hills model ready for year-end move-in
For buyers at Oak Hills in Summerlin, being "home for the holidays" could mean celebrating the season with family and friends in a new home. Coleman Homes' is making that possible with its Spruce model, which is ready for immediate occupancy.
The Spruce floor plan offers a great room, a den with French doors, maple cabinets, raised-panel interior doors and window coverings. The cul-de-sac home site features two bedrooms and two baths and is priced at $145,175.
"Time is of the essence," said Lisa Jacobson, sales manager. "Those interested should come in immediately to take advantage of this special opportunity."
In addition to this home, the neighborhood offers four one- and two-story floor plans. The five different designs range from 1,150 to 1,680 square feet with prices starting at $119,975.
The Evergreen is a two-story model that features four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Home buyers can choose optional dens, built-ins and other features to customize their home.
