Thanksgiving move-ins
available at Arbor Grove
The Joshua floor plan at the Arbor Grove neighborhood by Capital Pacific Homes is available for move-in by Thanksgiving, according to sales representative Trisha Smith.
"This is a two-story home that has an open feel in the downstairs rooms; the kitchen, living and dining room all flow together in a circular pattern," Smith said. "A few of The Joshua models have spectacular city and mountain views available."
The model measures 1,568 square feet and has three bedrooms, or two bedrooms plus a den or loft, and 2 1/2 baths. It is priced from $135,990.
The neighborhood offers three other floor plans that are ready for December move-ins. All homes provide two-car garages.
The single-story Mesquite model offers two bedrooms, two baths and a den or optional third bedroom. It measures 1,139 square feet and is priced from $114,990.
Another single-story plan, The Ash, provides two bedrooms, a den or optional third bedroom and two baths. This plan measures 1,289 square feet and is priced from $123,990.
The Modesto, a two-story home, features three bedrooms plus a loft or fourth bedroom option and 2 1/2 baths. It measures 1,680 square feet and is priced from $139,990.
Interiors feature ceramic-tile entries, textured doors, volume ceilings, recessed kitchen lighting, ceramic-tile kitchen counter tops, Roman tubs in the owner suites and cultured-marble vanity tops in the bathrooms.
Exteriors include a choice of two landscaping packages with irrigation systems, tile roofs and enclosed back yards.
The neighborhood is located in The Arbors village in Summerlin and has access to amenities such as two parks with a third one, The Arbors Sports Park, to be completed by spring 1999. This facility will feature a sports complex and an Olympic-size swimming pool.
To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn left and head south at Banburry Cross Drive. The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
