Country Lane's Cobblestone design called affordable

     The Cobblestone model at Country Lane by Capital Pacific Homes is the most affordable floor plan at the neighborhood, according to sales agent Caren Becht.
      "The way the floor plan is arranged makes the Cobblestone seem very big and spacious. It has a pony wall between the family and living room, which provides a separation between the rooms, while keeping it open at the same time," Becht said. "The Cobblestone also features a country-style kitchen with an island in the middle. This home has a lot of charm and personality."
      The home measures 1,557 square feet, with three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from $121,490.
      There are three other floor plans in the neighborhood of single-story homes, all with front porches.
      The Laurelwood has four bedrooms, optional retreat or den and two baths. It measures 1,850 square feet and is priced from $129,490.
      Measuring 2,021 square feet, the Glenbrook provides four bedrooms, an optional retreat or den and 2 3/4 baths. This home is priced from $139,490.
      The Hearthstone has five bedrooms, an optional retreat or den and 2 3/4 baths. This model measures 2,202 square feet and is priced from $144,490.
      Interiors feature oak kitchen cabinets, cultured-marble vanity tops, raised-panel doors, rounded corners, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets in the master bedroom, laundry areas, ceiling lights in secondary bedrooms and soft-water loops.
      Exteriors feature traditional color schemes, stucco, front-yard landscaping with irrigation and tile roofs.
      The neighborhood is on Michael Way, between Cheyenne Avenue and Smoke Ranch Road. The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
      Capital Pacific has homes ranging from 1,139 to 3,878 square feet throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
      The builder's neighborhoods are: Talon Pointe and Arbor Grove in Summerlin; Kew Gardens in Queensridge; Palatine Hill in Seven Hills; Altezza Estates and Meritage in Green Valley Ranch; Crestmont in Sunridge at MacDonald Ranch; Country Lane in the northwest and Walnut Grove in the northeast.
