The Preserve offers myriad optional items

Customizing homes at The Preserve, a Rhodes Homes neighborhood, is a simple task, according to sales agent Mike Wengert.
Among the options are upgrading the kitchen cabinets or adding a fireplace in the owner bedroom.
"I believe that it is very important to offer the potential buyer the option of customization," Wengert said.
"It gives the buyer the freedom to separate their home from others."
Other options include beveled front doors, built-in microwave ovens, security and intercom systems, sliding-glass doors in the owner bedrooms of some plans, soft-water loops, rear patios and customized flooring and courtyard columns and gates in some plans.
"Any customization from our options the customer wants done, we will try to accommodate," Wengert said.
"We are willing to provide the customer any assistance they need in their efforts to customize their home."
The gated neighborhood offers four floor plans, ranging from 2,975 to 4,068 square feet.
      Prices start from $214,950.
To visit, take the U.S. 95 Expressway north, past Ann Road, to Centennial Parkway. Go east to Frontage Road, head north to Sunny Springs Lane and follow the signs to the neighborhood.
The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The builder is also developing Meadows II and Northern Lights at Elkhorn Springs; Rhodes Ranch Country Club, Vistana at Rhodes Ranch, Apache Springs, Madrid, Spanish Hills, Tiburon and Granada Hills in the southwestern valley; The Estates and Sunset Pointe at Palm Hills in Henderson; and Palm Gardens in the southeastern valley.
