Meadows II agent touts lot sizes

     One of the reasons buyers are drawn to the Meadows II neighborhood is its home sites, according to sales agent Kent Divich, who said the lots measure 6,000 square feet.
      The Rhodes Homes neighborhood features all single-story homes in three floor plans, each with as many as four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. Homes range from 1,668 to 2,012 square feet and are priced from $123,950.
      The 1,668-square-foot floor plan, which offers three bedrooms or two bedrooms and a den, is available for immediate move-in.
      "Now is the time to buy at Meadows II. We've built several models ahead of schedule and they are available at a savings to the buyer," Divich said.
      Meadows II is located in the northwest valley community of Elkhorn Springs.
      To visit the neighborhood, take the U.S. 95 Expressway north, past Ann Road, to Centennial Parkway. Go east to Frontage Road and head north to Sunny Springs Lane.
      The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
